I am the manager of the Montpellier Boutique Resort in Noosaville, Queensland. I have
been using the Roamfree ResOnline Booking System since September 2004 and the Last
Minute Manager program since September 2006.
As one of the first people to use the then 'new' Last Minute Manager program, I was invited
to be a beta tester thus providing feedback from the viewpoint of not only myself, but also
other Accommodation Managers around Australia. The Last Minute Manager Development
Team have been able to improve and refine the program to its current easy-to-use format.
I have found the Last Minute Manager program has been a great timer saver and money
maker for our resort.
The four features that I have found to be the most beneficial to our business are:
A) On one screen I can update and manage my inventory and tariffs for all my last
minute sites - I am only listed on sites that work with Last Minute Manager. This
easy-to-view and use format means I can quickly adjust my inventory to ensure that
my last minute availability is accurate and available as per my booking register.
B) Previously I had only participated with limited Last Minute sites but now I have the
confidence, and the ability via Last Minute Manager, to take on more sites.
C) The Support Team are also very helpful. If ever I have an issue they are always
ready to assist and get to the bottom of it and nothing is too much hassle. There is
always someone who can fix the problem.
D) The final major benefit we receive from Roamfree is the affiliate program. The
affiliate program has allowed us a far greater online presence and promotional reach
that we would not be able to attain by ourselves.
I would have to problem in recommending Roamfree and Last Minute Manager to anyone
who wants to save time and maximise their return on apartments/rooms.
