Yes. However, if the AP is still ranked in the top prize winners they will be able to decide if they would like to take the prize or forfeit it.
Every booking made via Roamfree Quickstart will receive one point per room night. Each point will be recorded and a tally of all points will be kept.
BookEasy 24hour bookings will receive 1 point per room night.
If an AP has a direct XML feed they will receive 2 points per room night. Each point will be recorded and a tally of all points will be kept.
BookEasy Gold bookings will receive 2 points per room night.
If an AP is using Roamfree Technology products points will be tripled for each room night, and again a tally of all points will be kept.
The prize is awarded to whoever signed up from the promotion originally. This can be any employee of the property including the reservations manager, general manager, sales manager etc.
However, the property can nominate for another person in the property to receive the prize and it is up to the property who receives the prize.
AP’s need to have at least one booking/point over the entire promotion to be eligible.
The major prize is determined by the amount of bookings an AP has in each area. Therefore, the AP with the most bookings/room nights at the conclusion on the promotional period will win the major prize. There are 10 runner-up prizes for each area that will also be awarded (from properties ranked 2-11).

There are thousands of AP’s in the Pacific region which is why the Pacific region has been broken down into 8 areas. This allows AP’s to compete with other local AP’s in the same location with the same consumer market.
The Pacific region consists of Australia, New Zealand and all islands in the Pacific.
Any property in the pacific region is able to participate in this promotion regardless of size. This means that whether an AP has 1 or 1000 rooms they are eligible to compete.
All AP’s already using Technology Products will receive three points for every booking made.
Every AP will be notified of the winners of each area at the conclusion of the promotion. This will be communicated via email. The winners will then need to contact Roamfree to secure their prizes. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
If you believe that there has been an error with your points tally Roamfree needs to be contacted immediately by the nominated individual assigned to the promotion.
There are several advantages with being involved in this promotion including both a commercial benefit for your property, and a personal benefit of being able to secure one of the prizes on offer.
Yes. There are three ways that AP’s will be able to receive extra points.
No. Only bookings that are completed, and guests have checked out will receive points towards the promotion. This therefore means that if a guest cancels or does not complete their intended travel points will not be valid.

Yes. This is not an exclusive promotion, AP’s are able to compete in other promotions carried out by other companies.
Yes, bookings from the last minute sites do earn 3 points per booking if using Last Minute Manager.
Global Accommodation Search (GAS) is similar to Google except it is accommodation specific and a commercial search, not a generic search. GAS allows you to search, compare, check availability and book accommodation worldwide. In most cases, the accommodation provider's availability is automatically uploaded onto the GAS.
